My Story
Theresa founded Covenant Heritage Realty on a simple conviction: real estate should be handled with integrity, strong client advocacy, and knowledgeable guidance at every step of the buying or selling process. More than 18 years of experience later, that conviction still shapes every listing, every strategy, and every decision she helps a client make.
As the wife of a U.S. Marine veteran and a mother, Theresa sees home buying the way families experience it. She understands the unique needs of military families and has helped many veterans navigate the home buying process, including the full use of VA loan benefits, so a well-earned benefit becomes the key to their next chapter.
That spirit of service runs through everything Covenant Heritage Realty does. It means honest counsel, strong advocacy, and guidance that puts clients' long-term interests first, from the first conversation to the keys in their hand.
